EDGEdecals.com only accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the product, it must be in new and unused condition.  If you wish to return any items, please contact us at edgar@edgedecals.com and we will work through the process or other options with you.  If you still prefer to return box the item back up in the original packaging and ship back to the address on the return address listed on the original shipping label.  We will not cover the cost of shipping for a return.  Once the item arrives we will inspect and issue a full refund if the item is returned in new and unused condition.

There will be no returns accepted of products that have been installed or used.   If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at edgar@edgedecals.com and we will off some support options for you to choose from.

If cancellation is requested we will issue a full refund only if the order has not been shipped.  Once the product has left the our location cancellation will not be possible.
